You Reap What You Sow

Spread the love

You reap what you sow: we all know that a farmer job is to plant seeds on land and once he

plants it he prays that the seed germinates and bears good fruit,in life the job of a farmer is very

important because if they don’t farm how are we going to eat good fruit, vegetables, and food,

that is the reason why farmers are as important as teachers. Anytime a farmer sow seed he

always pray that the seed should germinate into fruitfulness, likewise we humans, also sow in

the same that a farmer does, but it depends on what we sow that will determine what we

harvest. Hosea 8:7:For they sow the wind And they reap thewhirlwind. The standing grain has no

heads; It yields no grain. Should it yield, strangers would swallow it up (KJV). In my harvesting

time I shall not cry:That is why it’s very important for us to sow good because all what we sow

we shall surely harvest, don’t destroy another person life because what you sow you shall reap.

In your harvesting time, you won’t reap sorrow, what are you sowing today? It’s very important

that you sow what you can reap, when farmers reach their harvesting time, they will be full of joy

and happiness, there’s nothing sweeter than reaping what you sow, unless what you sow isn’t

what you want to harvest. When you plant an orange seed, and you’re expecting to harvest

mango it’s impossible, the orange which you planted is what you’ll harvest, if you planted

yam,you can’t harvest cassava, it’s impossible, the yam which you planted  is what you’ll

harvest, what you sow, you shall reap and what you sow, you shall harvest. As I said earlier, sow

what you know that you can reap, sow what you know that when the time comes, you’ll be able

to stand and reap your harvest because a penny saved is a penny earned. The Bible says in

Galatians 6:7: Be not deceived;God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he

also reap (KJV). The profit of those who sow is for their seed to germinate into fruitfulness and

for them to gain through it, I pray into your life that you won’t reap an evil seed in your harvesting

time. Illustration giving: a man added a trap to his farm for intruders but no one came to his farm

and when he came to check on his plant,he got caught up with his own trap. I pray that what

happened to this man won’t happen to you in Jesus mighty name. As a framer gains what he

sows that’s how we humans also gains, be it bad or good, that why we are told to do good so that

we’ll be able to reap good because whatever you sow, you shall reap.Jesus says in Matthew

13:24-30:Another parable put he forth unto them, saying,The kingdom of heaven is likened

unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed

tares among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up,and brought forth

fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servantsof the householder came and said unto

him,Sir, didst not thou sow goodseed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto

them,An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him,Wilt thou thenthat we go and gather

them up? But he said, Nay;lest while ye gather up the tares,ye root up also the wheat with

them.Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the

reapers, Gather ye together first he tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather

the wheat into my barn (KJV).Jesus also says in John 15:1-5: I am the true vine, and my Father

is the husband man. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away:and every branch

that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the

word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me,and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of

itself, except it abide in the vine;no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are

the branches:He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringethforth much fruit: for without

me ye can do nothing (KJV).you reap what you sow

Let’s Me Tell You A Real-Life Story:

There is a business woman that employed a sales rep, and she trusted her so much that she put

her in charge of accounting, and she leaves her in charge of everything, but the sales rep took

the advantage of the trust that the boss has for her. She will take out of her boss money and it

continued like that, one day one of the workers caught her red-handed, but she begged her that

she shouldn’t expose her instead they work together for them to extort out the boss money, and

they continued together. Some years later the lady who was caught red-handed opened her own

business but she kept on experiencing loss to the extent that what she was taking from her boss

then, couldn’t be compared to the lost, that is the harvest of what she showed. There is also a

lady she is very short-tempered and her family has known her for it,to the extent that she can’t

tolerate anybody but one day she offended her mom,so her mother is trying

to correct her that what she did is very wrong, but she was arguing with her mom and before you

know it she slapped her mum that is how everyone rush in to see what happened, and they

found out that she slapped her mom and the mother was crying they started begging the mother

and they told the girl that what she did is an abomination, when the lady grow up and bare her

own kids exactly what she did to her mom happened to her, that is the harvest of what she

sowed. There is also a man when he was young, he didn’t live responsibly he has friends as

hoodlums, they normally do their atrocities at

the back of a building, the owner of the building warned them so many times but

there didn’t listen and there is nothing he can do to stop them because they are hoodlums. As

time goes on he built a house of his own and the same thing he did with his gang then, to the

owner of that building another gang did it to him,at the back of his building is where they commit

all their atrocities, it was worse than what he did. That is the harvest of what he showed, we

shouldn’t live a life that will make others shed tears and we shouldn’t make the life of others

miserable, whatsoever you are doing.do it with the fear of God and you should remember that

whatever we sow in life either good or bad we shall harvest. You that find any opportunity to take

what isn’t yours, yes you may take it, but there is always a time to harvest what you sow,you as

woman that always go after married men there is always a time to harvest what you sow,or you

that can do anything than to take another person position, remember that you may succeed but

there is always a time to harvest what you sow and also you that love making other children cry

remember that you are sowing now and you will also harvest it later. The Bible says in Galatians

6:8: the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who

sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life (KJV). you reap what you sow:

You that live to sow bitterness and sorrows in others life beware of the time of your harvest, you

that sow betrayal in others life no matter how a person trust you, you will end up betraying the

person beware the time of your harvest is coming, you that find it difficult to see others happy,

you that live by lies,by sword remember there is always a harvesting time, remember that those

who live in glass houses don’t throw stones. Jesus said in Luke 6:38:Give,and it shall be given

unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give

into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you

again (KJV).And He also said in Mark 4:29 But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he

putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come (KJV).

you reap what you sow: Fear him that created you, remember that nothing lasts forever, God

created us with so much love we shouldn’t allow Satan to deprive us of that, if God showered us

with so much love and affection why do we find it difficult to love him back and stand by him?

Fear the Lord and live a righteous life, and you won’t regret it by choosing His path and I pray into

your life that in your time of harvest tears will never be your portion in Jesus mighty name Amen.
