Love the Lord with all your hear: As a good Christian you need to love God with all your heart, you
can’t say you love God without loving him with all that you have, in everything that you do always
remember to help the weak because Jesus says “It is more blessed to give than to receive”
everyone should give according to how they have decided in their heart, not in hesitation or in
pressure because the Lord loves a cheerful giver.
A cheerful giver always opens his/her heaven and being a giver drives evil
and loses away, because you can’t be a cheerful giver
and still be experiencing losses, it also draws the attention of God to you in order to deliver your expectations and testimonies.
The bible says in Proverbs 3:27:Withhold not good from them to whom it is due,
when it is in the power of thine hand to do it (KJV).
The bible also says in Deuteronomy 15:10:Thou shalt surely give him, and thine
heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him:
because that for this thing the Lord thy God shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that
thou puttest thine hand unto (KJV). Love the Lord with all your heart:
The bible also says in Proverbs 28:27:He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack:
but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse (KJV). Love the Lord with all your heart:
Hear what the bible says about giving, it’s a blessing to give, for God to put you in the position to give isn’t by your power,
many that have it all, where are they now? They are no more and the ones that are still alive,
though they have abundance but they don’t have good health,
it’s a privilege for someone to ask you for help. One day in the church, a sister asked a woman for assistance, but the woman said “no”
saying that once she has given her tithe and offering to the church, she doesn’t help again because she’s sure
that the church will do so. Yes! God said that we should bring tithe and offering to the church, but that doesn’t
mean that if you see a fellow brother or sister that needs your help, you shouldn’t help, it is better share to your tithe
and offering into half and give to that fellow that really need help than to leave that person alone.
Some says that they don’t belive in giving, it shouldn’t be like that because those ones in that position of giving
didn’t get there on their own, it’s by God grace. If Jesus said in Mark 10:21:Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest:
go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have
treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me (KJV).
Giving is another way to make heaven, but don’t give with an ambivalent heart, when you give with one mind,
you’ll be multiplied supernaturally. Look at Abraham, he loves God with all his heart
and God also knows that Abraham loves him, we know that it stood so long
before Abraham become a father and when Abraham had a child, God told him to use the child
as an offering to him and Abraham didn’t complain because he knows that God is the one
that created him and his son and he can also take them back and he loves God alot
he can’t deny him, so Abraham did as God said and he took his son to a mountain and laid him
down on woods and as Abraham was about to kill his son Isaac an angel stoped him and
said that it was a test which he passed and instead of his son God showed him a lamb
to use as an offering to him in Genesis 22 (KJV). What Abraham did shows that he loves God
with all what he have, many of us believe that if we take our tithes and offerings to church
it means that we have love God with all what we have, no it doesn’t end there,
loving God with all what you have means giving everything within you to God,
one of Jesus disciples came to him and ask him how can he have an eternal life and
Jesus told him the list of things he should do to have an eternal life and he said that he has done all
of that what else is missing and Jesus told him that if he want to be perfect he should go and sell
all what he has and give to the poor and he will have a treasure in heaven in Matthew 19: 16-21 (KJV). Love the Lord with all your heart:
As I said earlier people believe that once they have pay their tithes and offerings
that is all, many poor will run to the rich asking for help they really need but they
will be saying how can I help you when I don’t know you, some will say that since I have pay my tithes
and offerings to church how can I help, and these church that the people pay tithes and offerings to
if the needy seek for help from church the first question they will ask is “are you our member” ,
are you worshipping in the church” these are church that huge tithes and offerings
are been taking to, most of the church that these huge tithes and offerings are been taking
to, the founders have a lot of exotic cars, private jets, Universities and they are living a luxurious lifestyle,
and many member of their church that are poor can’t even afford to send
their children to school and some are homeless and meanwhile the tithers in the church
believe that the church are using the tithes and offerings to help the needies.
Jesus said in Matthew 25:34-40 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand,
Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
For I was hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink:
I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick,
and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him,
saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee? or thirsty,
and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in?
or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and
came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them,
Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren,
ye have done it unto me (KJV). Love the Lord with all your heart:
Hear what Jesus said it is not by taking tithes and offerings to church,
it is by helping the needy, helping the poor and helpless, helping the widow,
don’t say because you don’t know the person you won’t help, the person might not your be your family, your friend,
your co-worker or neighbour, don’t discriminate or underestimate anyone,
some people get irritated by seeing the poor but instead for the rich to show the poor love,
care and support to make them feel better to show them hope that things will get better,
they will be acting like they are the one that created the wealth for themselves,
they will be telling the poor that if it isn’t because of their talent and hardwork they won’t be where they are
today, they will never say it because of God, many have houses, estate’s and people are still homeless,
some have cars but they can’t even give one out, brethren let’s live a God-fearing life,
by the time you all have these luxury and people are still suffering, many has lost their children
because of lack of money to pay the hospital bill, many children has turn to goon because of lack of education,
God that give you much he didn’t give you just for you and your family no he gave you for you to serve him,
for you to love God with all your heart. Jesus said in Matthew 22:37: Jesus said unto him,
Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind (KJV).
Many men of God have University and school, and still, some parents can’t afford the fee for it
because it is too expensive it shouldn’t be like that, love God with your heart,
remember we brought nothing to the world, and we are taking nothing back, let us use what we have on earth to make heaven,
the power to obey God and serve him with all what you have shall fall on you in the mighty name of Jesus Amen
